History, mission and values

Simplika was grown from the international company CVO Group, which started its activities in the Baltic states in 1999. The company initially provided employment ad publishing and CV database services. In 2006,  the company started to provide novel staff rent and management  services in several European countries.


Today we operate successfully in the Baltic States, we have offices in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, providing a wide selection of human resource related services for clients, including recruitment and selection, staff rent, managing employment contracts, wage alculations and strategic support.


The consultants of Simplika offer their professional knowledge, experience and specialised skills – they are specialists who have passed a field-based training and are aware of modern methods of human resource work, labour law and labour market trends.


Our mission supports the success of business organisations and helps job seekers realise themselves on the job market, offering not only full-time but also part-time job opportunities and contributing to the development of employment and the labour market.
